Sandy Watts received her initial cosmetology training through the Central College of Cosmetology,St. Roberts, MO in 1991. Upon receipt of her license, she became the lead instructor in this school and ensured that her students were trained in safe and sanitary practices as well as positive outcomes. In 1996 she became an instructor at the Fayetteville Technical College in Fayetteville, NC, where she compiled and taught a curriculum that reflected industry standards. Sandy’s husband is military, which requires frequent relocations. In 2000, she found herself in Okinawa, where she went to work for Estee Lauder as a counter manager. She learned a great deal about merchandising and provided direction, feedback and coaching to the Beauty Advisors working at the Estee Lauder counter.
Sandy has always had a passion for service. Since 2006, she has volunteered with Clearview Cancer Institute, providing monthly workshops for up to 12 women undergoing cancer treatment. She demonstrates cosmetic techniques to improve the appearance of skin-related side effects from treatment. She maintains an inventory of kits and supplies that she donates to the participants. She also has prepared video presentations for social media to assist patients to complete the process at home.
In 2014 she completed her training in Esthetics at the European School of Esthetics in Huntsville. She is a member of the Association of Holistic Skin Care Practitioners. She and her family have been residents of Huntsville since 2006. She is a Jane Iredale Mineral
Makeup consultant and provided skin health treatments at Madison Drugs for several years.
She then became a Medical Esthetician at Southeastern Skin Cancer and Dermatology in Madison. She has a broad depth of experience with chemical peels, microdermabrasion, LED Photo Light therapy, RF therapy, microneedling, and dermaplaning.
